# Chef's Tips:

01 -
  • You get that addictive crispy crunch without the heaviness of fried snacks
  • The seasoning blend transforms plain soybeans into something crave-worthy and restaurant-worthy
  • They come together in literally fifteen minutes with zero fuss
02 -
  • Wet edamame will steam instead of crisp, so do not skip the thorough drying step with that kitchen towel
  • Overcrowding the basket is the fastest way to end up with sad, soggy pods instead of crunchy ones
  • They keep getting slightly softer as they cool, so the texture is best right out of the air fryer
03 -
  • If you can only find shelled edamame, reduce the cooking time to about 6 minutes and watch closely to prevent burning
  • The seasoning blend works just as well on roasted chickpeas if you want to switch things up
  • Make a big batch of the spice blend to keep in a jar for instant snacks
