05 - Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the chickpeas and toss well to coat evenly.
06 - Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Roast for 30-35 minutes, shaking the pan or stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
08 - Let cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet. They will continue to crisp up as they cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
