# What You'll Need:

→ Chickpeas

01 - 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

→ Seasonings

02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
08 - 1/2 tsp dried thyme
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 - 1/2 tsp salt

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pat drained chickpeas completely dry using clean kitchen towels or paper towels.
03 - Toss chickpeas in a mixing bowl with olive oil until evenly coated.
04 - Sprinkle smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt over chickpeas. Toss thoroughly to distribute spices evenly.
05 - Spread seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
06 - Roast for 30-35 minutes, shaking pan halfway through, until golden brown, crispy, and fragrant.
