# Chef's Tips:

01 -
  • They taste decadent enough to pass as dessert but are genuinely good for you, which feels like cheating in the best way.
  • No oven, no stove, and barely any cleanup make this the laziest impressive snack you will ever make.
02 -
  • Let the bites sit at room temperature for two or three minutes before eating because the texture shifts from rock hard to perfectly creamy.
  • Wet bananas will reject the yogurt coating, so pat the slices dry with a paper towel before dipping.
03 -
  • A slightly frozen banana is easier to slice cleanly and holds its shape better during dipping.
  • Double the batch immediately because you will eat half of them straight off the tray before they even make it to storage.
