Honey Glazed Carrots (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks or rounds

→ Glaze

02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Garnish

07 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# Method:

01 - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the carrots and cook for 5–7 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in honey, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper until combined.
03 - Add the drained carrots to the skillet. Toss to coat and cook for another 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until carrots are glossy and caramelized.
04 - Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
