Lavender Lemonade Floral Drink (Printable Version)

Floral-infused lemonade blending tart lemons with aromatic lavender syrup. Ideal for summer entertaining.

# What You'll Need:

→ Lavender Syrup

01 - 1 cup water
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

→ Lemonade Base

04 - 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
05 - 4 cups cold water
06 - Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
07 - Lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)
08 - Ice cubes

# Method:

01 - Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in dried lavender, and let steep for 15 minutes to infuse floral flavor.
02 - Pour the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove lavender buds. Allow the strained syrup to cool completely before combining with lemon juice.
03 - In a large pitcher, whisk together freshly squeezed lemon juice, cooled lavender syrup, and cold water until fully blended.
04 - Taste the lemonade and modify sweetness or tartness by adding more water for dilution, additional syrup for sweetness, or extra lemon juice for acidity as preferred.
05 - Fill pitcher with ice cubes. Pour over ice in individual glasses and garnish with fresh lemon slices and lavender sprigs if desired.
