# Chef's Tips:

01 -
  • The spice blend hits all the right notes, warm but not overpowering, and somehow makes every bite feel like a discovery
  • These kebabs come together faster than you can set a table, perfect for those weeknights when takeout seems tempting
02 -
  • Overmixing is not a thing here, keep working that meat mixture until it feels sticky and holds together beautifully
  • Wooden skewers need a 30-minute soak in water or they will burn before your meat is done
03 -
  • Let the meat mixture rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before shaping, this helps the flavors meld and makes the kebabs easier to form
  • Make a small test patty and cook it first to check your seasoning before shaping the entire batch
