02 - Add rolled oats to the processor and pulse several times until evenly distributed throughout the mixture. The dough should begin to hold together when pressed.
03 - Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl. Gently fold in blueberries using a spatula, taking care not to crush or mash the fruit.
04 - Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes to allow it to firm slightly, making it easier to roll into uniform shapes.
05 - With lightly dampened hands to prevent sticking, roll the chilled mixture into 16 equal balls, approximately 1 tablespoon each.
06 - If using coconut, roll each completed ball in shredded coconut until evenly coated on all sides.
