# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Combine cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, cheddar, Italian herbs, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and well blended.
03 - Spread the cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of an 8-inch oven-safe baking dish.
04 - Pour marinara sauce over the cheese layer, spreading to create an even coating.
05 - Sprinkle remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese over the sauce layer.
06 - Layer beef pepperoni slices across the top. Add green bell pepper and black olives if desired.
07 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is bubbly.
