# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a small 8-inch baking dish.

04 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly with golden spots on top.

07 - Serve warm with pita chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.

# Chef's Tips:

01 -
  • The roasted feta becomes impossibly creamy while keeping its salty tang
  • It comes together in minutes but tastes like you spent all afternoon on it
02 -
  • Feta varies in saltiness so taste before adding extra salt to the mixture
  • The dip thickens as it cools so serve it straight from the oven for the creamiest texture
03 -
  • Use a potato masher instead of a fork to break down the feta faster
  • Broil for the last two minutes if you want extra golden spots on top
