# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
04 - 1/2 cup coconut water, chilled
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, optional

→ Ice & Garnish

06 - 1 cup ice cubes
07 - Strawberry slices, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Method:

01 - Add strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup or honey to a blender.
02 - Process until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.
03 - Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is completely crushed and the drink has a frothy consistency.
04 - Taste and adjust the level of sweetness if required.
05 - Pour the beverage into chilled serving glasses.
06 - Garnish each glass with strawberry slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
