02 - In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika if using.
03 - Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter chopped turkey bacon over the sprouts.
04 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until sprouts are golden brown and turkey bacon is crisp.
05 - Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
